Emotional wellbeing deserves attention long before emotional struggles become a crisis.
Dineessha Emotional Healing Foundation (DEHF) is a Public Charity Trust and not-for-profit initiative dedicated to creating greater awareness, understanding and accessibility around emotional and mental wellbeing. We believe that emotional health is an essential part of how we live, work, relate, learn and grow.
Our work is centred around awareness, prevention, emotional regulation, emotional intelligence and compassionate community support.
"Because sometimes, awareness can be the first step towards prevention."
For generations, conversations around emotions and mental health have often happened only when things reach a crisis point. We want to change that.
"To bring emotional wellbeing into everyday conversations — at home, in schools, workplaces and communities."
A world where emotional wellbeing is understood, valued and accessible to everyone. Our vision is to make emotional wellbeing:
"This vision reflects our commitment to building healthier and more emotionally aware communities."
Awareness. Prevention. Understanding. Empowerment.
Our work is centred around creating emotionally healthier communities through awareness, prevention, emotional regulation and emotional intelligence.
Helping people understand the difference between emotional health and mental health, recognise emotional distress and become more comfortable talking about what they feel.
"Our emotions deserve acknowledgement long before they become illness."
Moving beyond a crisis-driven approach by creating awareness around early warning signs, vulnerability factors, protective factors, healthy coping, emotional wellbeing practices and early intervention.
Our aim: To encourage people to recognise concerns earlier and seek appropriate support when needed.
Helping individuals learn practical ways to understand, express and regulate emotions while developing healthier coping mechanisms and sustainable emotional wellbeing practices.
Helping people develop:
We are witnessing a growing emotional burden across communities — from the increasing concern around suicide and young people struggling with self-worth, comparison and constant social media validation, to individuals silently carrying the impact of trauma, emotional abuse, failure, setbacks, loss and difficult life experiences.
For generations, conversations around emotions and mental health have often happened only when things reach a crisis point.
Too many people bottle up their pain, often because they fear judgement, misunderstanding or being told to simply "move on."
Many have never been given the emotional education or a safe space to understand what they are feeling, express it openly, or seek support.
We believe emotional wellbeing education must begin before pain becomes a crisis. Because no one should have to suffer in silence.

Pinkiey D. Kansara is an Integrative Emotional & Mental Health Practitioner, Modern Breathwork Teacher, Educator, Author and former senior HR leader, with nearly three decades of professional experience in human resources, leadership and people development.
But behind the professional journey is a woman who has navigated her own share of repeated trauma, loss and difficult life experiences — experiences that profoundly shaped her understanding of emotional wellbeing, resilience and the human capacity to rebuild.
She chose to turn those experiences not into a limitation, but into a deeper purpose.
Her journey has never been defined by the conventional expectations of what a woman should be, should have, or should do. She has consciously chosen to live life on her own terms, dedicating herself to her work, learning, people development and creating meaningful change in the lives of others.
Her professional foundation brings together an internationally recognised Post Graduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling (PGDIC), certification in Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) and Transactional Analysis, along with internationally recognised training in Pranayama and Modern Breathwork.
She has also written and contributed to conversations around mental and emotional wellbeing through reputed platforms including Mid-Day, Hauterrfly, SugarMint and XP Times, along with interviews and features across other media platforms.
But for Ms. Kansara, knowledge alone is not enough.
"She believes knowledge must reach people.
Conversations must create awareness.
And awareness must create change."
This belief became the foundation for Dineessha Emotional Healing Foundation.
Ms. Kansara believes that the work of emotional wellbeing should not end with one practitioner, one career or one lifetime.
What began through her own professional journey and lived experiences has grown into a larger vision — to create something that can continue to serve people beyond her individual existence.
DEHF is therefore not simply an extension of her work.
It is a purpose intended to be carried forward. A Trust created to continue building awareness, encouraging prevention, reducing stigma and making emotional wellbeing conversations more accessible to communities.
"What one person begins, a community can carry forward."
And that is the spirit behind DEHF:
DEHF is being built with a long-term perspective. As a growing Foundation, our focus is not on visibility for the sake of visibility.
Our focus is on creating meaningful work, credible partnerships, sustainable programmes and genuine community impact.
We believe lasting change is built through consistent conversations, education and human connection. We maintain complete confidentiality and no social media sharings of most of the work conducted to respect the sensitivity of this area of work, handling collaborations with grace and compassion.
No social media sharing of most work to respect sensitivity
Handling all collaborations with grace and compassion
We don't have to wait for people to reach a breaking point before we start talking about emotional wellbeing.
Let's start earlier.
Let's listen earlier.
Let's understand earlier.
Let's support earlier.
